Sacraments of the Church of Haile Selassie I

The Church of Haile Selassie I Temple Worship established seven sacraments identified by Rastalogy as the seven pillars upon which Wisdom built her house.
"Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars"   (Proverbs 9 v1)

Baptism - The Washing of Regeneration

Baptism brings salvation.  Moses and the children of Israel going through the 'Reed' (Red) Sea, represents a form of Baptism (Exodus14v22).  Noah in the Ark with his sons and families in the midst of the flood represents a form of baptism.  Jesus the Christ baptized by John of Jordan (Mark1v9).

The Ethiopian Eunuch and Philips baptism (Acts 8v26), all these of
baptism represents entry within the kingdom of Jah, Ethiopia, the
land of Pslam 87v1-3 and Salvation (Isaiah 43v11): "I, even I Am
the Lord and besides me there is no savior."

Penance - The Calling of Forgiveness from JAH

Healing- Unction of the Sick

Forgiveness by humbling oneself with prayer and turn form wicked
ways and seek Haile Selassie I, The Might of the Trinity, fulfilling
II Chronicles 7v17, the faithful returning to Jah.

Matrimony - Familyhood

This is a divine command of Jah to man, "..and God said unto them,
Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it:..."
                                                                   (Genesis 1v28)

"Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall
cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.  And they were both
naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed."
                                      (Genesis 2v24-25)

Holy Order- Priesthood

This is used by the faithful and believers as an entry in which one
prepares oneself for the Priesthood and Levitical service to Jah,
Haile Selassie I, in Temple Worship.

Exodus 7v1-2 where Moses was commissioned by the Master to
teach all nations, legitimizing the Holy Order as a command of Jah.

Breaking of Bread and drinking of Wine - Passover

Melchizedek, King of Salem, Priest of the Most High God.  On the night of the Passover, Jesus the Christ broke bread and drank wine with his disciples (Mark 14v22-23).  Rastalogy identifies this operation as a re-introduction of the Melchizedek Order, which is a  Priest of the Most High God.  On the night of the Passover, Jesus the Christ broke bread and drank wine with his disciples (Mark 14v22-23).
Rastalogy identifies this operation as a re-introduction of the Melchizedek Order, which is a sacrament of thanks to the God of all ages for His help to the people of Abram stock, to Israel's victory over Pharaoh as Passover.

The Church of Haile Selassie I, accepts this operation as a divine traditional custom which should be observed and practiced during certain Holy Days and Liberation. (i.e., Fasika - May 5, 1941 & Battle of Adowa 1896)

Herb as a Living Sacrament - Life-giving Force

"...and JAH said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the Herb yielding seed...
                                  (Genesis 1v11)
"And JAH said, Behold, I have given you every Herb bearing seed,...
                               (Genesis 1v29)
Rastalogy declares that the 'Herb' plant is a part of the body of Joshua the Christ and has declared 'Herb' as a part of the Divine sacrament and Frankincense and Myrrh is burnt in the 'Chalice' as a 'Sacrament' to Yahweh Elohim Sabboath, the I AM and the Might of the Trinity.
Rastalogy identifies the 'Herb' as holy and very fundamental in the ritual worship of The Church of Haile Selassie I.  The doctrine of the Rastafarian people as a religious phenomenon needed in the last days
a documented and explanatory writing on the fundamentals from Iyahbinghi to Temple Worship, the totality of Rastafar-ian-ism.
